This KW with a paccar was showing codes for slow response feedback for the turbo. Upon tear down to failure we found a turbo paw that did not have full sweep. This makes the electric turbo actuator motor struggle until it fails.

Out of a simple alignment request came a full repair. A driver stepped out without setting his brakes, and his loaded truck rolled into an object, damaging the Paccar axle housing and Weller third member. We’re replacing the housing, the third member, and one axle to get this rig back on the road strong. When things go sideways on the job, we’re the crew that makes it right.
