Happy Holidays! Hard to believe another year has passed us by!
We will be closed Friday, December 20 and will remain closed until Monday, December 30.
Appointments this week are already full and Monday through Thursday next week are filling up very quickly. Please let us know if you are in need of service before the break!

Anyone that has been by the shop knows that we've been incredibly busy and I wanted to take a moment to say how much we appreciate all the business we've been blessed to have this year. Customers, friends, family, and acquaintances, it is with great sorrow that we must announce the passing of our founder, father, boss, and leader, Rick Jones. He truly cared for each person that passed through this shop over the years. Aside from his family, it is without question this shop was his pride and joy. Rick devoted many hours and a lot of blood, sweat, and tears to build this business into what you know it is today.
Mall Auto Repairs will continue to provide customers with the high quality service and warm hearted friendship that you've come to expect which was set forth by the standards he established many years ago. It is important to all of us here at the shop to continue his legacy and honor all of his hard work by being here for the community. We only ask for your patience during this difficult transition period.

Visitation is this Sunday at Gamble’s Funeral Home on Stephenson Ave 4-6
Funeral service will be Monday at 10 at Gambles with internment to follow at Bonaventure Cemetery.

The shop will be closed, Monday November 8th for the funeral. If you had an appointment that day, you should have been contacted already. If you haven't been, feel free to reach out to us so that we can get you rescheduled. Thank you all for your kind words and shared memories of this truly wonderful man.

Hello everyone! The Mall Auto Repairs crew will be on vacation from October 21st to October 31st.

All of us here would like to extend a thank you to our customers for the business after the fire we suffered last year. It was a very difficult time which was made easier by your continued support throughout this year. This will be the first time many of us will have had a day off this year and we look forward to slowing down for a few days to spend time with our families.

Any calls or messages received will be responded to when we return to work during the first week of November.

Hello everyone! After nearly 5 long months, we are finally back up and going. We had a soft opening the last few weeks, but are back into full swing. I want to take a moment and thank all of our customers, vendors, friends, and family for your support and thoughtfulness throughout not only the time we've been shut down, but throughout all the years we've been servicing your automobiles. There are many choices out there and we very much appreciate being the ones you trust to keep your vehicles on the road.

Hello everyone! A lot has been going on at Mall Auto Repairs. Just a small update to let everyone know that we're still here and will re-open as soon as we're able. Things are progressing along steadily. Unfortunately, we have no concrete date at this time, but as soon as we do I'll post it here. To those that have been with us through many years of service to the ones who have found us more recently, we'd like to extend our sincere gratitude and appreciation for the patience and understanding as we continue to try and rebuild. It's been a tough and lengthy process, but we are beginning to see the light at the end of the tunnel. Once a date is set, Jennifer and I will be reaching out to everyone who has left messages or had pending work at the time of the fire to set up appointments. Stay safe out there everyone, we hope to see you all soon.

ATTENTION. PLEASE READ.
Mall Auto Repairs is temporarily closed due to a recent fire. We are grateful no one was injured and no vehicles were damaged. The interior did suffer from smoke and water damage. Thank you all for your support and encouragement during this time. Your prayers and messages mean a lot. Please continue to check for updates for our re-opening.

We are open for regular business hours. We are taking all precautions necessary for the well being of our employees and our customers.
We encourage you to use our Drop Off box located on the post between the 3rd and 4th garage doors before and after hours. We can also take payments over the phone and make arrangements for you to pick up your vehicle.
We will continue to take appointments and maintain the level of service you can expect from us.
We are all in this together. We appreciate you all and your loyalty to Mall Auto Repairs for so many years.
