It’s wheel seal Wednesday!
We found this wheel seal leaking while performing a PM service.
New wheel seal, brake rotor & brake pads and this unit is ready for the road again.

Air compressor discharge line replacement on this Freightliner!

This driver was able to avoid an expensive tow bill after another roadside company attempted to “patch” a failed air compressor discharge line just to keep the truck moving. Unfortunately the temporary repair did not hold.

We supplied and installed a new replacement hose assembly, restored proper air system operation and got this driver safely back on the road to make his delivery to Florida.

When breakdowns happen, quick and dependable repairs make all the difference.

Sometimes the cause of a problem isn’t what you’d expect.

This customer called us out for an A/C system that wasn’t cooling properly, but the real issue turned out to be a failing alternator causing low system voltage throughout the truck.

During inspection, we also found the alternator/A/C belt tensioner failing along with a worn serpentine belt.

After replacing the alternator, belt tensioner, and serpentine belt, the truck is now charging properly and blowing cold A/C again.

Electrical issues can cause all kinds of drivability and HVAC problems on modern trucks — proper diagnosis matters.
