Anyone recognize this gentleman?

Why is is that so many think rules or things being closed don’t apply to them? This bay was coned off for a reason. He took it upon himself to move the cone and never put it back so then the next customer pulled into use it and what they didn’t know was what I had tore apart inside being worked on. Wonder if this guy wants to pay to have more fixed?

In the past I have had multiple cones set up, I have put caution tape across the bay and people still seem to tear it down or move it like there is nothing wrong.

FREE EVENT! Sign up your high school students! Opportunity for high school students to learn about leadership, networking, worth, motivation, and opportunities. The day starts with rotations for learning about college options, military options, union options, and entrepreneurship! There is also a station for knowing your worth! Lunch is included with networking. The day ends with a leadership talk from Dr. Tim Crowley!
