Hanging out at Princeton Speedway waiting to race ...the trailer does have a bed. Tonight Princeton, tomorrow North Central Speedway , and Sunday Granite City Motor Park .

Last week results...only made one show North Central. Heat went backwards (4th to 6th) to find out the front brakes master cylinder stopped working aka in his words "something didn't feel right". He was literally dragging his front tires. So he removed the brake fluid and just used rear brakes for the feature. Feature he moved up 3 and got 9th place.

Hopefully better results this week. So far car is working and driver got a nice nap in!

Minutes from leaving town to go get starter I had to take Frey guys phone away before it dropped. Got a crabby look... told him to sleep. He worked today. Lucky if he got 2 hours of sleep last night. I stayed home (Im off Fridays but go in when we race Princeton Speedway ) cause I had a feeling I might have to do some driving for parts.

Granite City Motor Park results for July 12th. Heat we moved up one to 4th place and feature we moved back two finishing 9th. Time for a new right rear tire Frey said.
Had a good night. Even in the hot heat Mother nature provided.

Car in one piece minus the passenger side vinyl that I fixed this week. Tire acquired and all tires prepped along with oil change done. An now the started has decided to not work properly? It works when tested outside of car. So trying to track down a wire issue without the proper tools. Almost 2am guess we will try again tomorrow (aka today after we sleep). (Edit: its now 3am and still no answers just a tired a frustrated Jeff that the multimeter tester to check the battery and wiring is at work. Starter changed, selinoid changed, all the wire connections for starter cleaned and tightened. Once again under the car he goes...still stumped..unfortunately its probably a bad wire and no way to test right now..)

Tenatively if we get her to work plans are Princeton Speedway Friday (driver said probably not making Princeton) and North Central Speedway on Saturday. No super stocks at Granite on Sunday so the night off.

Enjoying (?) the heat by sitting in the trailer with AC going here @ Granite City Motor Park . Just finished our steak lunch so now time to work and sign those cards for tonight. Stayed up late after races and did all prep work last night so just sitting, staying cool, and being lazy.

Come on out to Granite and meet the drivers. Its only $10 for the granstands and all classes are in attendance tonight!
