Today we got a call that a cat was stuck up in a tree in the community and the resident that called said it has been in the tree for almost 48 hours… with the cold weather we jumped into action and rented a lift and rescued the cat!! The cat was reunited with its family!! ❤️

Friendly reminder to all the pet owners in the community.. pets including cats are NOT allowed to be outside without being on a leash this could have ended in a tragedy.

Thank you to the owners of Evergreen Village for being willing to rent a lift to save this poor cat!

🐾🍋 This morning, K9 Kimber put her patrol on "paws" to check out the sweetest operation in town — a group of kids’ lemonade stand! She gave it two paws up and plenty of tail wags. 💛🐶

Today we wrapped up our new sign!! The owner drove 2 1/2 hours just to plant flowers with me this morning! The support Evergreen gets from our owners definitely is the reason why I love my job!! This is why I take so much pride in being one of the Best Manufactured Housing Communities in central MN!! 🥰

Thank you to the Evergreen owners for the PALs donation!! Police activities leage is every Monday (except July 7th) from 6:30-8 until the end of July! This is a great program for all our kids!

We are experiencing a water emergency and water is shut off to the entire community. Huge Thank you to Schefers Excavating for coming out on such short notice to assist us in this emergency. Thank you residents for your patients in this matter.

Our annual Easter egg hunt was very successful on Good Friday! We had 23 children attend with 270 eggs hidden total ( 11 eggs per child)! Liam was the lucky winner for the $5 gift card to Walmart and an Easter frisbee!! We hope everyone had a Great Easter Weekend!! 🐰🐣

We had such a fun Christmas party tonight with all our residents! We also had a visit from Santa!! ❤️🎅🎄Thank you to all that showed up and made it such a great night!!

Hanson paving is hard at work today in our community doing some road work! Residents please be mindful of them and go slow around them they have lots of blind spots in their skids .
