Fun fact of the day: If you contact me, and want me to perform repairs and your insurance agent tells you they have "a guy" that is STEERING. "Steering" is an illegal practice in which an insurance company attempts to pressure or coerce a policyholder into using a specific, company-approved body shop for vehicle repairs. This is done to reduce costs for the insurer, which can be detrimental to the policyholder.
If this happens to you, I URGE you to stand your ground and potentially report them to the Nebraska DOI (Department of Insurance)
