Got this Colorado in for a frame repair. Little Cardboard aided design there. Gonna cut that rist out. Cut some patches out and get it all plated up need your frame repaired. Linclon mkz 3.7 with the timing chain driven internal water pump. This one was near catastrophic failure. The pump had locked up broke the impeller and the chain was grinding the teeth on the gear. Very similar to the 3.5 used in many ford vehicles. If your having cooling system or overheating problems. Call or message today and save your engine while you still can.

In the end there were 7 studs broke off in the head. All fixed. 8 new studs in the head. New manifold all bolted up . Quiet and ready. Give a call and yours on schedule today.

Gotta love these ford truck exhaust manifolds. This one not only has broken studs the manifold fl**ge bolts rusted thru and several holes rusted clear thru. Its time for a replacement. Does your ford truck sound loud. This could be your issue too. Let me know and we can get it scheduled in.
