is here, and we want to celebrate the National Parks that offer great views, deep history, and a fun day for anyone. For those of us in Upstate New York, the closest National Parks are Cuyahoga Valley National Park & Shenandoah National Park, which are each ~7 hours away!

We did, however, put together a list of some more local finds that you can take day trips to that will still give you great views, and learn about the deep history of each of these parks.
