-Professionally and enthusiastically greeting customers and answering phones
-Routing calls to appropriate individuals and taking detailed messages
-Check in and photo incoming vehicles
-Close out customer files and collect payment
-Customer Updates
-Organizing files
-Contact insurance companies to inquire about vehicle status and payment
-Keep a clean and tidy front office
-Filing Invoices
-Scheduling appointments
