We love to hear it! “Our trusted Toyota Prius was totaled last month and we spent weeks looking for the perfect car model to replace it, landing on the Honda Civic Hatchback Sport Touring which is a pretty rare model. We drove to 3 different locations attempting to buy one - the first 2 cars had undisclosed problems, and the 3rd the car was sold on our way to the dealership (2 hours away!) We felt defeated, but when the perfect car popped up online in Santa Rosa (1 hour away), we called and Paul (the sales manager) and Gage (our sales rep) were super helpful to us over the phone and gave us the confidence to make the drive over. Gage greeted us when we arrived at 9am, and helped us all the way through our first car buying (with a payment) process. Any issues we brought up, he was able to find a solution!
