"I recently scheduled an appointment for one of my vehicles. Cooglers Automotive had a coupon for a battery/charging system inspection- and my vehicle had a issue with the battery- I was informed that it would potentially require a diagnostic and I felt that of course would be fair seeing as how the issue might possibly be outside of the scope of work that was going to be required to diagnose and repair the problem. However, the crew did the inspection and found the issue. They absolutely could have charged me a fee for the work they did to fix the issue- while it wasnt a large amount of labor- I do believe it was outside of the coupon that was offered. However, they repaired the issue- and when I asked how much- they informed me I owed them nothing. I was in shock- simply put: Above and Beyond service with this group of professionals! I truly cannot say enough positive about this company and its morals! Honest, professional, reliable service and just all around good people! Thank you all ! "
