Santa Monica Smog Check We are a family-owned smog test and repair facility proudly serving our local community since 1984. Our station is also equipped to inspect RVs/Motor homes.

We are certified to smog all vehicles including gross polluters, Test Only vehicles and vehicles requiring regular smog checks. Specialties: Smog Check, Star Certified, Gross Polluter Certification, Out of State Smog Checks, Regular Smog Inspection, DMV Renewals, Test Only Smog Inspection

Our station is equipped with 2 In-Ground Dynos, so appointments are not necessary, and you'll have a short or no wait time.

Although I decided to walk to the store, they have on-site waiting areas both indoors and outdoors. They also have Saturday hours for smog check, only weekdays for the repair shop."

"Park, the smog technician saved my life! He is litterally the only reason I finally passed a smog check and was kind enough to read my car before the smog check so I didn’t fail again. I have failed 6 times cause my catalytic converter was not ready. I kept driving it trying to do the drive cycle and his advice for my sedan:

55 under 60MPH
10 min no accelerating no break
no heater no ac
After 10 min leave free way turn off car
5 min wait
And do the drive cycle again

I did this 2-3 times in the middle of night and my computer was finally ready.

I am beyond grateful. I’ve gotten so much advice from other technicians, smog places, mechanics and no drive cycle I was doing was making my computer ready. I feel Park saved me thousands from getting my car fixed in attempt to make my car ready but his advice worked!!
