Oil changes remove sludge from your engine systems.

Sludge is a thick, slimy substance that accumulates in your engine as time goes by. Sludge builds up when old oil begins to solidify. Once old oil turns into a gel, the oil loses its ability to flow smoothly within your engine and lubricate its components. As a result, your engine becomes damaged because of oil starvation in its components.

On the other hand, removing sludge and dirty oil from your car with regular oil changes protects your engine’s moving parts for longer-lasting performance, resulting in a longer life for your car’s motor.

Come by our shop today and let our technicians service your vehicle. We will have you in and out in no time!

Regular oil changes help keep engine components cool.
Another reason why oil changes are important is that they help keep your engine running at optimal temperature levels. Heat is generated as the moving parts create friction. Your oil reduces friction so that your engine does not overheat. Leaving dirty oil unchanged will make your engine run hotter and wear out faster. Come by the shop today to get your oil changed by the pro's!

🚘💥Clean oil also helps remove debris from your engine’s parts
Did you know that clean oil also plays a vital role in keeping your engine components clean? Without regular maintenance, dirt and other particles will accumulate on surfaces within your engine. As time goes by, these substances react chemically and even cause corrosion under certain circumstances, leading to further potential problems for your vehicle. 💥🚘

Additionally, using contaminated oil will keep your engine from doing its job properly, which will therefore defeat its purpose of keeping your engine components in optimal condition.

At Santa Maria Wash & L**e we use premium Havoline products and are proud to stand behind our work! Come see us today for your vehicle maintenance needs. 🎯

Oil helps prevent engine wear and tear by reducing friction

As you drive, your engine’s pistons, valves, and other components of your car rub together. When they are adequately lubricated, this reduces friction and extends your engine’s longevity. On the other hand, if you don’t ensure lubrication of these pieces of metal, they’ll rub together and create wear. This can lead to damage that will cost you a lot more in the future than the price of an oil change.

Come by our local shop today and get your oil changed professionally and quickly.
