Finally get a decent shot at king Salmon this April in the Bay!
4/11 opener with quota of 21,000 fish.
We will be running trips when available until quota is filled.
$1800.00 per charter up to 6 anglers all inclusive. Fuel surcharge may apply.

What the ultralight tackle goes through on our trips😂.
6lb mainline doesn’t give up a lot of pull but if it holds up your patience is rewarded!
Another banner day with our usual suspects! Lingcod limits with a great load of jumbo rockfish!
Weather is holding until this weekend, so go while you can.

We headed out for Lingcod mainly but live bait wasn’t doing it today.
Swim baits when to work on limits of Lingcod and Vermilion Rockfish for our group of 5 VIP customers!
The only thing as good as the fishing were the conditions, flat and Sunny !!
We have a few more weeks of the season left, get some.

Took the boys out after school to check South Rock, limits of quality Lingcod with a few Reds to boot! Weather has been “spectacular” Enjoy the Holidays!

We opted for action over salmon this weekend and found the Halibut were very eager to please! We boated 18 Halibut keeping 12 fish upto 22 lbs!!
The fish bit consistently all day on jigs, squid and anchovies.
This trend should continue for the next two months.

With fall approaching the northwest winds will turn to light trade winds and sunny days.
A perfect time to get the family out for a bit of low intensity highly productive light tackle rockfishing! Trips are shorter so other activities can be done in the same day.

We didn’t know what to expect today since the swell has been booming for a week.
We found clean calm water and hungry fish, we weeded through the sandabs, starry flounder and bat rays and landed 6 limits of quality Halibut to 37”!! We stopped on a small rock on the way home used our remaining bait to boated 5 halibut to 12 lbs.
The Monterey Bay keeps you on your toes 😉.

They just keep coming!
The big ones bit great last night on the light mooching rod.
The Largest of 6 went 41”!
We have charter trips randomly available.

The Capitola Halibut fishing has been the best it has ever been!
Consistently producing limits to near limits every trip this year.
The grade is great and everyone who ventures out has success!
We will have solid fishing through September. Lingcod have been on a tear as well with no shorts showing up! We have yet to go Rockfishing this summer.
Live bait has been plentiful and key to our great fishing.
