Found slop at the arm pivots on Sunday night? Here's the fix.

Camp RZR hits Glamis Oct 30-31 with demo rides in the new 275-hp Pro R Boost. Horsepower keeps going up, and every extra horse finds the weak link in your front end faster. Our Pro R / Turbo R arms are built to take the hits.

✔ 1.5" x .120 wall 4130 chromoly tubing
✔ 3/4-16 chromoly 3-piece rod ends on the uppers, adjustable for camber and caster
✔ 7/8 uniball bearings, heat-treated ball joint studs, stainless spacers
✔ Lowers sit 1" higher than factory for more clearance, with Delrin pivot bushings
✔ Fits Polaris RZR Pro R and Turbo R

Uppers from $1,375 raw. Complete uppers + lowers $3,125 raw or $3,425 powder coated black.

The ride's over. The work isn't.

Whatever broke out there this weekend, Sunday night is when you find it, not halfway up a bowl next trip. Six things to check before the machine goes back in the garage:

1️⃣ Wash it first, then look. Cracks, leaks and bent parts hide under a layer of sand
2️⃣ Pull the air filter and check the CLEAN side. Dust there means something is leaking
3️⃣ Tires, wheels and lug nuts: cuts, bent rims, damaged beads, anything loose
4️⃣ Shake every pivot. Rod ends, tie rods, arm bushings. New slop since Friday?
5️⃣ CV boots and axles. A torn boot packs the joint with sand. Fix it now, not later
6️⃣ Cage, harnesses and mounts: cracked welds, loose bolts, sand-chewed belt webbing

Find it in the garage and it's a part. Find it on the dune and it's a tow.

📌 Save this for Sunday night and share it with your riding crew.

Your Xpedition was built to haul people and gear a long way. Give it the stance to match.

Our +4 long travel kit takes the Polaris Xpedition from 64" stock to 72" wide. More width means a more planted, stable ride in the dunes, on the trail and at speed, plus room for bigger tires.

✔ +4" per side: 64" to 72" wide, clears up to 35" tires
✔ 1.5" 4130 chromoly tubing
✔ Delrin bushings with heavy-duty crush sleeves
✔ Uses factory-size ball joints
✔ Fits every Xpedition, 2-seat and 4-seat

Kit starts at $4,000. Going 4" wider means longer axles: Rhino 2.0 +4 axles are REQUIRED. Add them with the kit or have a set built to our specs.

💬 Xpedition owners: what's the first trip you'd take at 72" wide?

Most blown belts aren't bad luck. They're bad habits.

Sand puts more load on a CVT than almost anything else you'll ride, so dune season is when belts go. These six come straight from the belt wear guidance in the Polaris owner's manual, and the same logic applies to most CVT machines:

1️⃣ Load the trailer in LOW range. High range up a ramp or tall truck bed is a classic belt burner
2️⃣ Use low range for uphill starts and climbing from a dead stop
3️⃣ Don't crawl in high. Long stretches at 3-7 mph cook belts. Go faster or switch to low
4️⃣ Stuck? Low range and a fast, brief, aggressive throttle. Never slow-feather the clutch
5️⃣ Break in every new belt, and warm it up before you start hammering
6️⃣ Keep water out of the CVT. If it gets in, dry the system out before you ride on

Always follow your own machine's owner's manual for the specifics.

📌 Save this and share it with the buddy who's always swapping belts on the side of the dune.
💬 Be honest: how many belts did you go through last season?

Your ball joints do three jobs at once: they carry the weight of the car, take the side load of every rut, and pivot for steering. That's why they're usually the first thing to go on a Can-Am X3 front end.

The good news: they warn you before they fail. We broke down how they wear out, the 30-second play check you can do in your driveway, and how factory joints stack up against 4130 chromoly.

Every machine has a weak link. What was yours?

A → Ball joints
B → Drive belt
C → Axles / CV joints
D → Tie rods
E → A-arms / radius rods
F → Something else (we want to hear the weird ones)

💬 Drop your letter and your machine in the comments. Can-Am, Polaris, Yamaha, Honda, everybody's welcome.
🐺 Tag the buddy who broke it first on your last trip.

And if you're riding this weekend, tell us where. Glamis? Dumont? Ocotillo? Somewhere we've never heard of?
