Ferrari creates the experience. ShowFleet takes care of what makes it extraordinary. 🏎️⚡️

For the Ferrari Luce event at the Perot Museum of Nature and Science in Dallas, ShowFleet was entrusted with the initial detailing and ongoing maintenance of six vehicles.

Our work goes beyond preparing a beautiful vehicle for its debut.

It’s the careful attention to exterior finishes, glass, interiors, and presentation details. It’s understanding how event lighting, guest interaction, and the surrounding environment can affect a vehicle’s appearance.

Because at an event of this caliber, vehicle presentation isn’t something you address once and walk away from.

It’s a responsibility that requires experience, precision, and an understanding of what it means to represent an automotive brand in a live environment.

For ShowFleet, that responsibility is exactly where we belong.

The experience belongs to Ferrari. The care behind the vehicles is ours.

Wait. ShowFleet does WHAT at an auto show? 🚘

Pulls fuses? Yes.

Installs vehicle power packs? Absolutely.

Manages vehicle keys, digital inspections, staging, and exhibit placement? That’s part of our world, too.

At the Connecticut International Auto Show, our team supported 25+ Toyota and Stellantis vehicles with two distinct scopes of work.

Toyota entrusted us with full vehicle operations, from arrival and move-in to daily care and final move-out.

For Stellantis, we provided initial detailing, daily maintenance, power pack rentals and installation, removal, and fuse pulling for horns and windshield wipers.

The detailing might be what catches your eye. But the operational and technical capabilities are what make ShowFleet such a valuable event partner.

And that’s a side of our business more automotive teams should know about.

14 BMWs. Two San Diego locations. One weekend of putting the product directly into consumers’ hands.

For BMW’s Ride & Drive activations at Fashion Valley and Westfield Plaza Bonita, ShowFleet was onsite supporting the vehicles that made the experience possible.

Across both locations, our team handled initial detailing and complete vehicle presentation preparation, working through each BMW individually and making sure the exterior, interior, glass, wheels, tires, and finishing details were taken care of before the fleet went into consumer use.

It’s a very specific kind of detailing.

A Ride & Drive vehicle is going to be touched, photographed, inspected up close, climbed into, and driven. Everything from fingerprints on the glass to road grime on the body becomes part of how that product is experienced.

That’s why automotive brands and event teams use ShowFleet.

We know vehicles, but more importantly, we know vehicles in live event environments. We understand what they’re about to go through, where attention is needed, and what “ready” actually means when the product itself is the activation.

BMW created the opportunity to put consumers behind the wheel.

ShowFleet made sure the vehicles were ready when it was time to hand over the keys.

Long before a vehicle becomes part of the exhibit, it becomes part of our responsibility.

For Toyota at the Japanese Classic Car Show in Long Beach, ShowFleet received two display vehicles directly from transport and stayed with them through every stage that followed.

Condition documented through digital inspections. Accessories removed. Vehicles moved into Marina Green Park and positioned within the exhibit. Each one meticulously prepared for the show, then maintained daily as guests experienced them up close.

When the event ended, we completed the move-out and returned both vehicles to transport.

There’s a certain confidence that comes with knowing the same team receiving your vehicles will still be there when it’s time to send them home.

That’s the relationship ShowFleet is built for.

A vehicle doesn’t stop needing attention once the event starts. In many ways, that’s when our job becomes more important.

For the Chicago stop of the Ferrari Luce Tour USA at The Geraghty, ShowFleet was responsible for detailing and maintaining six Ferrari vehicles throughout the event.

Initial detailing prepared the cars for the room. Ongoing maintenance protected that presentation once the room became active, when guests were circulating around the vehicles, getting close to them, photographing them, and interacting with the experience.

It’s an important distinction in what ShowFleet provides.

Vehicle detailing is a service. Onsite vehicle maintenance is continuous event support. For Ferrari, that meant six vehicles receiving attention throughout the experience, not just before it.

At this scale, the job stops being about keeping cars clean. It becomes keeping an entire automotive presence running.

At the State Fair of Texas in Dallas, ShowFleet supported 110+ vehicles across Toyota, Chevrolet, and GMC spanning both indoor and outdoor exhibits.

Our scope reached across the operation: staging, move-in and move-out, vehicle placement, digital inspections, accessory removal, initial detailing, daily maintenance, janitorial services, and exhibit cleaning.

That means our responsibility didn’t end with the vehicles.

We were taking care of the spaces around them, too.

For our clients, that’s the advantage of having ShowFleet onsite. One team that understands the vehicles, understands the exhibit environment, and can take responsibility for more of what has to happen every day.

Because with 110+ vehicles across multiple brands and multiple environments, there’s a lot more to manage than what ends up in the photo.

Back with Toyota for another major event and this is exactly where ShowFleet shines.

More than 5,000 Toyota dealers gathered at Mandalay Bay for the 2026 National Dealer Meeting. While the attention was on what Toyota was unveiling next, ShowFleet was supporting 85+ vehicles throughout the experience.

45 courtesy vehicles were detailed and maintained daily.

40+ display and reveal vehicles were digitally inspected, prepped, detailed, moved into the venue, positioned, maintained throughout the event, and moved back out, with accessory removal and fuse pulling also part of the scope.

This is why our clients keep bringing ShowFleet back.

They know we can do more than arrive, detail a vehicle, and leave. We understand the moving pieces of automotive events and can take on the work that happens before, during, and after the doors open.

The bigger the program, the more valuable that becomes.

Another Toyota program. Another 85+ vehicles entrusted to ShowFleet. And another reminder of just how much we can handle.

Two vehicles doesn’t mean two simple assignments.

For Lexus at The Armory Show in New York City, ShowFleet’s responsibility went far beyond getting the vehicles clean.

Before the show opened, our team managed move-in, digital inspections, accessory removal, fuse pulling and vehicle detailing. Throughout the event, we stayed on daily maintenance. And when the exhibition ended, we handled move-out.

Because the size of the fleet doesn’t determine the level of support required. Sometimes the smallest vehicle count comes with the most precise scope.

ShowFleet scales to the assignment, not just the number of vehicles.

Our clients bring the vehicles. We bring the standard they expect wherever those vehicles go.

That took ShowFleet to Myrtle Beach with US Fleet Source, preparing seven fleet units and one utility vehicle with initial detailing.

Next week, it could be a Ride & Drive, an auto show, a product launch, or a completely different fleet in another state.

That’s ShowFleet.

Different vehicles. Different cities. Different assignments. A team built to go wherever the work takes us.

Anyone can make opening day look good. We’re thinking about Day 11.

More than 800,000 people will move through the Oklahoma State Fair, where ShowFleet is supporting 31 vehicles across Toyota, Hyundai and Lincoln.

And keeping those vehicles ready for 11 days starts long before the first guest arrives.

For Toyota, ShowFleet touches nearly every stage of the vehicle operation from staging, security, digital inspections, move-in, placement, accessory work, detailing, daily maintenance and move-out.

For Hyundai, we add the technical work: power packs, fuse removal and post-show dismantle, alongside detailing and daily maintenance.

For Lincoln, it’s keeping four vehicles dialed in throughout the entire run.

Three brands can hire us for three completely different reasons.

That’s the point.

When ShowFleet is part of the plan, we’re not there to check one box. We’re there to take ownership of as many of them as you need us to.

And on Day 11?
The standard is still Day 1.
