Randy’s Towing & Recovery Services is looking for a professional, dependable, and experienced tow truck operator to join our team. We are seeking someone who lives locally and is ready to work a structured on-call rotation.
📍 Location Requirement
Applicants must live:
✅ Inside Denton, TX OR
✅ Sanger, TX
You must be able to park a company tow truck at your residence for after-hours calls.
✅ REQUIRED Qualifications
Minimum 2 years verifiable towing experience (REQUIRED)
Valid Texas Driver License
Valid TDLR IM License (Incident Management)
Must be able to obtain a City of Denton Permit
Clean driving record preferred
Must be reliable and able to respond promptly while on call
Professional attitude and strong customer service skills
🛠 Job Responsibilities
Light & medium-duty towing
Roadside assistance services
Accident recovery and winch-outs
Safe vehicle transport
Professional interaction with customers, dispatch, and law enforcement
Daily truck inspections and equipment maintenance
🕒 On-Call Rotation
We operate on a fair rotation schedule:
• On call every 3rd business day
• On call every 3rd weekend
This schedule provides steady work while maintaining time off between rotations.
