When a customer’s shifter wasn’t working properly, Lloyd got down to business—literally! After confirming it was a shift linkage issue, he discovered a missing retaining bolt hiding under the floor mat. A little Loctite, some tightening, and a full check of the shifter bushings and steering column, and this vehicle will be back in action!

Lloyd’s diagnosing a 2018 Dodge Journey that overheated after a blown radiator hose—now it won’t start. Using a relative compression test and borescope, he found three cylinders with no compression. Our high-tech tools pinpoint issues fast, so we know exactly what’s wrong before making repairs. If your car is acting up, we’ve got the expertise to get you back on the road!
