Zachary Stavrakis came to TDI Milton determined to build a different future for himself. After serving time in prison and later making the decision to pursue sobriety and turn his life around, Zach took another big step forward: earning his Class A CDL at TDI.
His past made finding the right opportunity more difficult, and some of the larger trucking companies weren't an option. But Zach kept going—and he was able to find the opportunity he needed with Nobl Sitework.
Zach started behind the wheel of a dump truck, proved himself, and continued working his way up. He became a lead operator, and today supervises the company's drivers—helping lead at a multimillion-dollar company.
As Zach says in the video, “TDI turned my life around because they gave me the opportunity nobody else would with my past. They took me in as part of their family and gave me the tools and knowledge to drive a truck.”
