✨ Booking, Confirmation & Cancellation Policy ✨
As many of you know, this is my full-time job and main source of income. To help keep scheduling running smoothly, a $30 deposit is required at the time of booking to secure your mobile detailing appointment. This deposit goes toward your total service cost.
📅 Appointment Confirmations:
• Appointments must be confirmed within 24 hours of booking.
• If we do not receive confirmation within 24 hours, your appointment spot may be released and filled by another customer.
💦 Cancellations & Reschedules:
• Please provide at least 24 hours' notice if you need to cancel or reschedule.
• Cancellations with less than 24 hours' notice and no-shows will result in a forfeited deposit.
• If you reschedule with proper notice, your deposit will transfer to your new appointment date.
🌧️ Weather Policy:
If weather conditions prevent us from completing your detail, we will contact you to reschedule. Your deposit will automatically transfer to the new appointment date.
💳 Payments:
The remaining balance is due upon completion of your detail. We accept cash, Cash App, Venmo or Zelle.
