Oklahoma's move over law requires drivers to change lanes if an emergency vehicle is stopped on the side of the road. Tow truck operators are pleading for people to slow down, and follow the law while they are working. News On 6's Ryan Gillin had more.

Live in the Sand Springs area preferred but not a requirement.
Possess valid drivers license
Clean MVR (driving record)
Clean background
Pass DOT pre-employment and random drug test
Pass background check
Experience in the towing industry is preferred, but not a requirement. We are willing to train the right person
Reliable transportation to and from work
Ability to analyze situations and solve problems with attention to detail.
Basic automotive skills and emergency roadside repairs required.
Have basic writing and math skills necessary for paperwork.
Maintain good personal hygiene and a neat appearance.
Have good verbal communication skills.
$50,000-$75,000 per year average

📣Great News Everyone!📣

After more than 60 years serving the Sand Springs and surrounding communities, Spears Wrecker Service and Garage has become a part of the Glenpool Auto Body and Glenpool Wrecker family!
In 1958, after a local dealership closed down their wrecker service, Millard Spears was asked if he would start a new local wrecker service to continue supporting the dealership and community. Millard left the dealership, and
Spears Wrecker Service and Garage was born.
Nearly 40 years later, Millard transferred ownership of the business to his brother and Roger Spears in 1997. Roger Spears has continued to operate the
business since, and was joined by his nephew, Steven Spears, who manages the shop.
We are all excited and looking forward to the changes and expanded capabilities a Sand Springs location will offer - a location already known for professionalism, honesty, and top-notch customer service.
