Recently did a job for a great repeat customer. Warrantied the left front hub (no charge), installed new front struts and rear shocks as well as replaced all spark plugs, one coil, repaired a mouse chewed wire to #6 fuel injector and also gifted her a set of LED high/low beam bulbs for being such a loyal customer. (And I was tired of the fact she couldn’t see at night).

One of my favorite type of customers is the ones who do things before they fail and cause more damage, more money and more work. Toyota FJ Cruiser in for “preventative maintenance”. New front strut assemblies, new front links and a new left front axle shaft. Tomorrow I do a tire rotation and 4 wheel alignment.

Subaru crosstrek in for 4 tires, alignment, inspection, rear brakes and fix the laundry list of warning lights on the dash. Found the transmission was 3 qts low and had damaged the valve body.

2005 Saturn Vue. Customer stated “the rear of the car sounded like and old man”. Definitely a very accurate description....

2005 Saturn Vue. Customer stated “the rear of the car sounded like and old man”. Definitely a very accurate description. Found the right rear coil spring mount was split and rubbing on the shock tube. Replaced the mount and reconditioned the headlights as a courtesy.

Picked up a good customer’s 2011 Grand Caravan who’s concern was the check engine light issue. Scanned and found a code for thermostat performance. Replaced thermostat housing/thermostat/gasket with new coolant, purged system of all air and refreshed the PCM’s adaptive learning. Then returned it to her house. Only 130$
