Another great job by Craig over at KNI Automotive. Not only changed the diff and transmission fluids, but hooked up my train horn and light bar. Thanks Craig Dillard!

I stupidly thought that a dealership's auto service would be reliable. Unfortunately, we found out the hard way. Even with the higher prices, they can't be trusted.
After an unnamed dealership changed the brakes on Adams truck a few weeks ago, they obviously didn't tighten the lug nuts when they put the tires back on. Luckily we discovered it before our tires sheared off - but only after two lug bolts broke off and four others were so lose they ground oval shaped holes in the rims. Upon inspection only two of the eight bolts were holding our rear tire on. Worse yet, we had the kids in the truck, pulling a trailer and traveling down steep hills in Payson.
This teaches me, although it's a long drive to QC, no one but Craig Dillard at KNI Automotive can be trusted to work on our vehicles.
congratulations on your new shop, I have had you working on my trucks for quite awhile now and would never consider going anywhere else. thanks for all the great work in the past and looking forward to seeing you in the new shop....
