“Boundaries are the distance at which you can love you and I simultaneously”

I’ve quietly added a new 45-minute session at Calm Bodyworks.

Focused Reset is designed for the jaw, face, neck, and décolleté, using hands-on release and a specialized tool from Japan to gently soften tension, support lymphatic flow, and restore a sense of lightness and ease.

This work is not about forcing change.
It is about releasing what feels held and allowing the face and upper body to feel lighter, softer, and more supported.

The current landscape of "Self-Care."
I was looking forward to a cleansing program, but due to a communication mix-up, the start date was pushed back three weeks. While the organizer's response was sincere, I noticed a small "flicker" of unease within me.
Why?
As I sat with that feeling, I realized that I had already begun my own internal cleansing process. I had been choosing what to eat, adjusting my energy, and aligning my rhythm toward that start date.
I wanted to honor that internal process more than anything else—that was the root of my unease.
Neither blaming the other person nor ignoring my own discomfort.
Acknowledging what I felt as valid, while remaining fair in my communication with them.
The ability to hold space for both without sacrificing either is slowly becoming second nature to me.
It was a day when I could truly say to myself, "I like the way I am living right now."
