Filthy Addictions Offroad

Filthy Addictions Offroad Custom Fabircated Off Road Parts We're just a small group of guys that like to wheel XJ's. Well, why keep these parts to ourselves? We stand by our products 100%.

We wheel all types of terrain from easy 2wd scenic trails, to hard rock strewn canyons. After being disappointed by many other companies parts, we decided to start making our own. After proving over and over again to ourselves that our parts are strong and built tough, we decided to offer them to you as well. We believe that wheeling trips need to be spent wheeling, not fixing. We don't ever want

you to be stranded on the trail because of one of our parts so, we hand inspect every piece that leaves our shop. If we wouldn't be comfortable putting it on our personal rigs, then it doesn't leave the shop. Here at the FAO shop, we believe in ONE thing, OVERKILL! If its not built to handle ANYTHING you can throw at it, then we don't build it. Plain and simple.

Making more custom brackets to keep important things locked in place. Keeping the hydraulic lines secure to prevent fitting fatigue and line chaffing, build dimple plate mounts to lock in the core support to the engine cage. This will prolong the core support from cracking down those washboard roads. Chipping away on the

Little more progress on the dash. After filling all the holes, the dash got a couple coats of high build primer. Sanded and another multiple layers of gunmetal grey! The black switch panel sets it off amazingly I think. The client is absolutely happy and loving the transformation, I'm a little jealous I don't do this on my chief. We're getting to the final assembly stages, dash will go in for good very shortly.

Making progress on the hydroboost and master cylinder mounted. Had to make a custom bracket to bolt to the firewall. Built it out of 1/4 material so it's ridged and reliable. Finishing up the over lay plates, next will be steering shaft. Column to gear box, having enough room to clear headers, coil overs, tube work and radiator.

Chipping away on John Zinggeler build. Modified the ICT bracket for the Howe Performance pump and correct pulley alignment. Started filling in all the holes in the dash for a clean sleek finish for no dash pad. Made the switch panel with caps to flow with the dash. Cut out the speaker hole and made a bolt in panel around the cage for luxury prerunner feel. The devils in the details, which make or break a build. Hope you enjoy.

Chipping away on the project. Going with truck accessory spacing to fit everything between the tube work. ICT Billet LLC alternator and pump bracket fits like a glove everytime. Installed an old pulley to confirm fitment (new on order) Added middle tube on the hoop to chassis for support and tie into crossover tube when the correct intake arrives. Added some Pringle gussets at the radiator tubing, lots of trim and fit but they came out very nicely. Made lower shock mounts to clear the kingpin/high steer arms/caliper and coil to chassis

Handles a quick little project over the weekend. Passenger hinge on a first gen Cummins seat. I'm told this hinge isn't something you can find very easily, seats out of a rusted doner vehicle. I was able to salvage the seat side, had to make the floor side from scratch. Making the seat safe and reliable now!

On yesterday's adventure of making xj's great again. The big hole has been filled! Building inner wheel well tubs isn't as easy as it looks, Well I guess it could be if you didn't care what it looked like... The object was "easy" make sure the tire clears and seal it 100% so sand hollow doesn't entire the cab. After installing the new ballistic fab rear differential cover, I was able to stretch the rear to 110" wheelbase with a factory fuel tank and steering gear box in the oem location.

Well.... we have a large hole and a tower that's about to call itself a new home. Waiting on a new differential cover to know exact axle location. I wanna match the angle of the front coil overs to the rear at ride hight.
