We recently bought a used car from Smith Volvo. I generally shy away from dealerships because of the high pressure tactics, but this was a very good experience.We looked at the car one day and then drove it the next. We wanted to compare it to other similar models, so told the salesman we'd be back. He was very pleasant both times and didn't pressure us in any way. Later that afternoon we bought the car from him and were pleased with the whole process.
