Season of giving. 2000 Land Cruiser over 320k miles. Quoted $400 labor for install fan bracket and muffler. Took tech over 6 hours due to rust. Updated customer if left till end of day wouldn’t charge extra. When coming picking up suv told me to charge more I said it’s ok we a small shop. Not the stealership. First wanted to tip us $60 I said up to u. Then had me go back on credit card machine a need he enter in $120. Like WOW. Biggest tip we gotten. Never ask for tip. Greatly appreciated. Best is word of mouth advertising. Thanks
