If you’re not testing , you’re just guessing.

Got the 416 road race engine for flashgordon007 on the dyno.

We will be testing and tuning this engine using our new Emtron KV8 ECU and im@really@excited to show you guys all the features and ways it’ll benefit you, especially in a Motor sports application.

I tried to make a video describing the features but it was way too long to post. I may have to make a video and post it on YouTube so you guys can get a detailed look at how awesome this thing is. 🏁 🇺🇸

Testing beats guessing.

This last week I tested two nearly identical engine combinations.

Same compression.
Same camshaft.
Same CNC port program.
Same valvetrain components.
Same intake.
Same fuel.
Same header design.
Same displacement.

The two major differences were the ring package and oiling strategy.

One engine used standard-tension rings with a conventional wet-sump oiling strategy.

The other used low-tension rings with improved oil control and pan vacuum.

So how much power were reduced friction, reduced windage, and crankcase vacuum actually worth?

That’s the value of working with an engine builder who tests and validates their combinations.

You don’t have to guess what something is worth.

You test it.
You measure it.
You have the data.

Everything else is just guessing.
