EVENTS: CSRG (Classic Sports Racing Group) is hosting the Corkscrew Classic at Laguna Seca June 12-14! Z Car Garage will participate and support several client’s Datsun 510 race cars running in B-Sedan Group 3. Special guest: The Hoosier 2.5 Challenge TA/BS, an action-packed race group with B-Sedans battling for points in the series!

EVENTS: Z Car Garage is excited to participate in the 2026 Velocity Invitational at Sonoma Raceway, May 29-31. We are racing and supporting 6 cars including the return of Joel Anderson’s IMSA GTU Datsun 240Z and the Corky Bell U2.5L Trans Am Datsun 510.

Historic B and C Sedan will have its own run group with 30+ real historic B and C sedan cars. Super fun group to watch!

Sung Kang and Larry Chen will be hosting a Friday night meet from 5-10pm. Sung will debut his Drifter movie, and meet/greet with fans with Larry. Bring your ride!

Happy to see all Z Car Garage clients in the exciting B-Sedan group qualify and finish the race. Rob raced the Corky Bell U2.5 Trans Am Datsun in a heated battle for P1 against Tony Delane (BMW 2002). We also supported the Vintage Spec Miata group.

Thanks to our friends and clients for stopping by the ZCG paddock and to our crew for keeping us safe. Kudos to the ZONC group for hosting the car corral and parade lap! Next up is the Velocity Invitational May 29, followed by the CSRG Corkscrew Classic in June 12.

Fantastic fit/finish with chassis upgrades like our Z Car Garage Big-Brakes, Z Car Garage CV Axles and full suspension with 17″ Panasport C8 wheels transformed this Z. The interior features Recaro Specialist leather seats, A/C, power steering, power windows and more. Dyno tuned at a conservative 405hp/410tq at the wheels. Turn-key, ready to enjoy.

1970 Datsun 240z number 2868, I bought it on my 21st birthday for $3000. It's gone through so many revisions and modifications. It's not near its final form, but as it sits this car is so much fun to drive. It's a rocket ship just weighing in at 2150 lbs and it makes 300whp."
