Looking for a hand does anyone know who he belongs to ????

We have a new arrival! This boy was found running around near the police station. He is likely a Pomeranian Chihuahua mix,scanned twice for a chip and none was found with our scanner. He is wearing a blue collar and he is super friendly. Please share to help him get back home.
