Seeking an ambitious, people-oriented, team player to join our estimator team.
Responsibilities of the Body Shop Estimator include, but are not limited, to the following:
Responsibilities:
- Prepare all estimates in an accurate and efficient manner.
- Proactively communicate with customers on a regular basis to ensure a positive experience
- Review all final bills and supplemental billings for accuracy, and thoroughly check the final repairs prior to delivery to the customer.
Looking for someone with:
- Auto body shop industry experience
- Estimating experience
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Knowledge of CCC One
- Ability to be flexible and handle multiple projects at one time
- Ability to make independent decisions and negotiate with customers and insurance companies

Education: High school or equivalent (Preferred)
Experience: Collision estimating: 3 years (Preferred)
CCC One: 1 year (Preferred)
License/Certification:
Driver's License
