Finished tuning the bike today. I’m not super impressed with the Tbolt 186 bbk but it’ll do for now since I don’t ever plan on riding this bike. Final numbers today was 17.27whp / 12.19wtq.

Almost done. Panels are off so I can wrap them. What color did I choose? Something safe or did I go crazy?

Is it a Grom? Or CB300F? Who guessed right? Who even cares lol. My headlights are always better than yours! LED bulb setup too which you can’t do on an OG without electrical work.

After four years I’ve decided to simplify the build and go back to what works. She’ll be roadworthy soon. Just waiting on OEM panels to come in.

If I spend more time making a custom battery tray I can also make new brackets and lower the seat another inch for the look I want. But for now it’s come to a point where I have to start riding it around and break in the motor. I purchased this Monkey brand new and tore it apart when it only had 3 miles on it. It’s got my Super 125 in it and has less than 10 miles since rebuild. I never got to enjoy this bike but man it’s a back breaker. Later down the road I may do a full front cowl and raise the handle bars another inch or two.on full lock the clip ons hit my fuel tank and it’s already made two dents (this is because of the tank riser). So annoying.

Best pull on stock my Super Cub was 9.22whp and 7.86wtq. We were trying to setup the O2 sniffer so we did multiple pulls. After an hour of banging my head against the table we finally got it working. Now it’s time to pack everything together and get it ready to move down to Monterey.
