What is Paintless Dent Repair​?

Paintless Dent Repair (PDR) is a process of carefully massaging the metal back into its original shape without the use of fillers or paint. This can greatly reduce the cost of the repair. It also eliminates any potential problems in color matching, since the original paint is still intact.

"Great shop that does great work!
We had a minor bumper crease and some scratches. We knew the car color is unique and would be difficult to match. Worked with JR and he assured us they see this type of damage (and much worse) regularly, and that it would be no issue. Hands down, he was right! The color is a spot on match (he said they checked 5 different versions of the color). Cannot even tell where the repair is. JR also mentioned, if there was an issue with the repair, if it didn't look right, to bring it back. Definitely recommend them."

"WOW! I was having a hard time finding a responsive car repair place until I found Black Mountain Collision and they were everything I could need. Super fast response time, friendly, and very helpful to get the process going quickly with the insurance. They treated me so well and my car looks brand new again! I HIGHLY RECOMMEND. They provided those extra little details like not pressuring us to upsell, working with our insurance quickly, and leaving the car clean and smelling really good. Love it, thank you SO much! "I got into a pretty bad car accident back in June and saw great reviews about Black Mountain Collision, so we decided to bring my 2018 Honda Civic to get repaired there. There was a good amount of damage to my car (see before & after photos) from the accident so it took about a month to be finished.

Mario made sure to order and repair my car with original Honda parts as requested. Black Mountain Collision has great customer service, an enthusiastic staff, and Mario always made sure to give updates on the progress of my car.

Overall, they did an amazing job to make my car look brand new again! I am super satisfied with the outcome and I highly recommend taking your cars here for auto shop needs!!"
