Finally showing some love for my personal Integra. I’ve been too busy well… driving it. Hardrace components coming off for PCI spherical pieces. Upgraded the poly bushing Function7 LCA’s to their spherical counterparts. Ground Control spherical top hats have yet to have the anodize coating removed and polished to match the rest of the components. Lastly adding Eibach helper springs to maintain spring seating at full suspension droop.

Hooked up my homies with that drip 💦💦💦. Rolo was a previous part-time employee when I was getting the Miramar location going, and my boy Mario out here rockin’ it as a fashion statement.

Honda S2000 manual transmission rebuild we did back in June. Customer sheared third gear off of the countershaft at the race track. We replaced the countershaft/third gear set and installed upgraded carbon synchros and new genuine Honda bearings and seals while we were in there. I didn’t realize it until now that I have rebuilt almost every manual transmission that Honda and Acura has to offer post 1988 (aside from the NSX).

There is something so intriguing about how all of these parts can come together and operate in synchronization. This specific engine can comfortably rev past 8,000 RPM’s. The reciprocating assembly throwing and pulling back each piston over 133 times per second. Over 266 total controlled explosions from the four pistons every second. The conversion of a linear motion to rotational energy. Now that’s what gets my blood pumping in the morning!

We are now hiring!

We are looking for an experienced full-time mechanic. Schedule will be Mon-Thurs, 40 hours a week. Very competitive pay, and trust me when I say no matter how experienced you are, there is still a lot to learn working at my shop. Must have your own set of basic hand and power tools, and must be capable of common R&R procedures such as starters, alternators, gaskets/seals, timing belts, transmissions, engines, etc. Experience in diagnostics, electrical, welding, and engine rebuilding is a plus.

We now stock and offer Liqui-Moly Molygen oil. I have personally been using this oil on the shop track Integra and my Tacoma that takes the abuse of off-roading with great results. As a shop, I see the many different oil standard requirements from high end vehicles such as Porsche, BMW, Mercedes-Benz, etc and found that Liqui-Moly is the only company I know that makes a specific oil for each stringent company standard (correct me if I am wrong). Liqui-Moly engineered this new oil that can be used with all other vehicles that do not have a specific oil standard requirement. Yes, it does cost $2-$3 more per quart than your traditional full synthetic oil, but to know your engine will run cleaner, last longer, and potentially increase your fuel economy; that extra $15-$25 every 5K miles is nothing. When you spend the time to weigh out the benefits, instead of asking why convert to this oil, you’ll be asking yourself why haven’t you done so yet.
