Today was as wide open as it gets, found a special zone that provided us with full US limits of Mahi and YFT harvested on both spear and rod and reel today, we proceeded to catch and release a good load more before calling it .

And We are back, Boat is now ready to go for the 2026 season .
Big thanks to everyone Sunset Marine for making things happen on time and within Budget .

Always on it, little bit of wind didn’t keep us off the water that day unlike a lot of other boats .
We were rewarded with wide open fishing for a little bit of discomfort on our way to the fishing grounds .
Our Contender 39 likes it rough.
