Quick tip on the attack position💪 Don’t let your knees push out in front of your toes. With your heels dropped and your knees back, your hips should open up and give you that proper “ready stance”.
-
Think about how players move in any other sport. The “attack position” is all about being proactive instead of reactive. A tall stiff posture limits movement and forces delayed reactions. An athletic stance keeps the body loaded like a spring ready to absorb force create traction and move efficiently.
-
That’s why great motocross coaches emphasize that the importance of the attack position. It’s not just a drill to try, it’s the foundation that connects control and confidence on the bike.

Remember when they told you to put your 🥜 on the tank? Well sitting too far forward is a thing.
-
Just like sitting too far back is an issue, so is sitting too far up on the bike. We want to find that perfect middle ground over the center of the bike and allow the suspension to work for us not against us.
-
Using the Bump as a guide helps us find that perfect pocket so we can practice better positioning for our corners💪

It really do be like that sometimes😭 Happy Monday everyone!
