Club Car came in for a stereo system upgrade. We re mounted the light bar. Removed overhead stereo and installed 4 Rockford Fosgate speakers, Kenwood stereo system with amp, Alpine powered subwoofer, auxiliary lithium battery, and Noco 2 bank onboard charger with receptacle to maintain the engine battery and charge the lithium battery. Originally built this cart and sprayed the tan bedliner on it back in 2013 for one of my best friends. We recently got the opportunity to resurect this 31 year old gem for his daughter and her family (also some of my very favorite people) with a lithium battery conversion, newer style top, new seats, led lighting and a complete new electrical system.

The last couple of weeks have been a little crazy around the shop. On top of the usual repairs and all the rain, we had a couple more intricate jobs come in as well. We did a complete timing set on a 2017 Expedition with a 3.5 ecoboost and then removed half of the front clip from a 2024 F250 to find a water leak in the cab that shorted out the Body Control Module.

I hear it al the time "I didn't know you worked on that" or "I thought you only did _____ " There's not much these guys can't handle.

Last week we had a 6.7 Powerstroke come in with a CP4 failure. we did a contamination kit with a bypass filter add on, fuel system flush and a crankcase filter replacement.

This week seems to be all golf carts, atv's and lawnmowers.

We work on such a variety of things around here. It takes quite a talented crew to be able to keep up with such a diverse skill set.

This little gem came in for some lower gears and a little bit of tire clearance.
The guys installed a lift kit with new coil springs, shocks and quick disconnect sway bar links. We followed that up with some 4.56 gears, new bearings and seals in both axles.
