Alamo City LX is an auto enthusiasts community serving the greater San Antonio area, dedicated to promoting the enjoyment, good will, and fellowship derived from owning a Chrysler 300, Dodge Charger, Challenger or Magnum. Alamo City LX Modern Mopar came to life in June 2007 through the desires of several area owners to move beyond the virtual realm of forum discussions and into the flesh and fuel world of cars and people. Our name is derived by the rich and colorful history of San Antonio, most notably the famous Battle of the Alamo that was part of Texas’ bid for independence from Mexico and has been known as the Alamo City for many years making our name easy to identify where we’re from. With the release of the LC platform in 2008, we made decision to include the Dodge Challenger. As these models evolve and platform designations change, we will continue to be known as Alamo City LX Modern Mopar, accepting future generations of the four vehicles that all share the DNA of the lineup originally released in 2005. Alamo City LX Modern Mopar is an enthusiast's community organization and have been FREE since the beginning, sustained by those who share in its vision of owners helping each other and giving back to their community by supporting various charities throughout the year. We are family friendly where you will find our members out with their families at almost all of our events. This is a cornerstone to our operating philosophy and something we are especially proud of. Alamo City LX Modern Mopar is out almost every weekend in the greater San Antonio area enjoying the company of fellow Mopar lovers and the machines that fuel their passion. Alamo City LX Modern Mopar Membership is FREE for Chrysler 300, Dodge Charger, Challenger and Magnum (2005 model year and newer) owners that are a minimum of 18 years of age. It doesn't matter if your bone stock just off the dealer’s lot, highly modified or somewhere in between, ACLX is looking for you! Becoming a member is as easy as clicking on the JOIN tab and submitting the required information. Once you have completed your membership registration, we encourage you to create an account on our forum where you can introduce yourself and begin to interact with other enthusiasts. We offer experiences almost every week for members to enjoy the company of fellow enthusiasts and the machines that fuel their passion.
