Happy 4th of July from all of us at Maximum 4X4. 🇺🇸

We had the privilege of getting this local fire department's Ram 5500 dialed in before it heads into service.

This build received a suspension lift, upgraded rear leaf springs, FOX shocks front and rear, and a new set of running boards. This week we're dialing in the ride height before it's ready to hit the road protecting our community.

Wrapped up the final suspension and steering details on this Power Wagon build.

We dialed in the ride height, adjusted the 4-link, and set the caster and pinion angles. We also built a new track bar and bracket to correct the steering geometry, then added a brace to the steering gearbox mount to help prevent flex and cracking.

It's the little details that make the difference between a truck that just looks good and one that drives the way it should.

This one rolled in with a completely failed factory air ride system and left without ever having to worry about that again.

We deleted the problematic factory air ride, installed a 3.5" Rough Country suspension lift, mounted a fresh set of 18" Mayhem Wheels, and wrapped them in BFGoodrich Tires KO3s.

No more air ride headaches.
