Dealership Porter / Lot Attendant

Texas Auto Dealer call 210-999-9532 is looking for a dependable, hardworking Porter / Lot Attendant to help keep our dealership clean, organized, and ready for business every day.

This is a hands-on position for someone who takes pride in keeping the dealership, vehicles, and lot clean and organized. The ideal candidate is reliable, able to work independently, and comfortable working both indoors and outdoors.

Responsibilities
Open the dealership and prepare the property for the business day
Sweep, mop, dust, and maintain clean showroom and dealership areas
Empty trash and keep the property clean and presentable
Start and check vehicles as needed
Keep vehicles organized, straight, clean, and properly positioned on the lot
Maintain a clean and organized vehicle inventory area
Pick up trash and debris around the dealership
Mow and maintain the grass around the dealership
Help maintain the overall appearance of the dealership and parking lot
Perform other general cleaning, lot maintenance, and porter duties as needed
Requirements
Valid Texas Driver's License
Clean driving record
Dependable and punctual
Able to safely move and organize vehicles on the dealership lot
Able to perform physical duties such as sweeping, mopping, lifting, bending, walking, and working outdoors
Good attention to detail
Must take pride in keeping the dealership and vehicles clean and organized
Preferred Qualifications
Spanish-speaking ability preferred
Previous dealership, porter, lot attendant, janitorial, landscaping, or general maintenance experience is a plus
Ability to work independently and stay productive without constant supervision
