210ne Stop Shop is growing fast and looking for a reliable, organized, customer-focused Shop Coordinator to run the front end of the business.

This role is the heartbeat of the shop—you’ll be the bridge between customers and technicians, keeping everything moving smoothly.

🔧 What You’ll Do
• Answer calls, texts, and DMs professionally
• Schedule jobs and manage the shop calendar
• Keep customers updated on repair progress
• Create invoices and collect payments
• Coordinate parts and basic job flow
• Help keep the shop organized and efficient

✅ What We’re Looking For
• Strong communication skills (friendly but professional)
• Organized and detail-oriented
• Comfortable handling multiple tasks at once
• Reliable—shows up and gets it done
• Automotive knowledge is a plus, not required
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a big plus
