Master-Level Hot Rod & Performance Technician
The Reality:
Our bays are full, our waitlist is growing deep, and we are booked months out with some serious work/builds. We don’t just do basic oil changes, and we don’t do boring. We build some elite machines, and right now, we need another heavy-hitter tech on the floor to help us drive this ship forward.
The Position:
This is NOT an entry-level job. We are not looking for an apprentice or a hobbyist who “tinkers” on weekends. We are looking for a professional. A technician who can look at a high-end build, understand the vision, and execute it flawlessly from front to back.
What You Need to Bring to the Table:
• Deep Expertise: Mastery of American classic cars, vintage trucks, and modern late-model muscle performance. LS/LT/Coyote
• Full-Spectrum Skillset: You need to be fluent in everything from high-end suspension geometry and modern powertrain swaps to precision mock-up and electrical systems.
• The Mindset: A sharp eye for detail, an obsession with clean ex*****on, and the self-motivation to run a project without a babysitter.
The Schedule & Perks:
• Location: San Antonio, TX (In-shop, full-time).
• The Dream Shift: Monday to Thursday, 7:00 AM – 6:00 PM. Enjoy a 3-day weekend, every single week.
