❄️ COOL THINGS ARE COMING TO WAGON WEST! ❄️

Today we picked up and delivered four new evaporative coolers for the Rec Hall!

Installation is coming soon, and once they’re up and running, the Rec Hall will be a much more comfortable place to gather—even when the Arizona heat is doing its worst. ☀️🔥

Another big improvement is officially underway at Wagon West. Stay tuned!

A New Chapter for Wagon West

Wagon West has a long history, a great desert location, and plenty of untapped potential.

Over the years, people who cared about this park have worked hard to keep it moving forward, often while balancing limited time, resources, and competing priorities. We appreciate those efforts and the foundation they created.

Now, Wagon West is entering a new chapter with renewed focus, clearer priorities, and a more coordinated improvement plan.

Our vision is to build a clean, friendly, affordable, all-ages RV park that guests and residents can feel good about—whether they stay for a night, a season, or longer.

Over the coming months, our team will work through improvements based on safety, operational needs, guest experience, available resources, and the park’s long-term future. Some changes will be visible quickly. Others will require planning and time.

We won’t pretend everything is already finished, and we won’t make promises before projects are ready. We will keep doing the work and share meaningful progress as it is completed.

We’re proud of the progress already underway and grateful to everyone—past and present—who has contributed to Wagon West.

As Dylan and Karley settle into their new roles, our team is focused on building a stronger, cleaner, more welcoming park for our residents and guests. That means paying attention to the details, improving how we communicate, and making thoughtful progress where it matters most.

We aren’t ready to share all the details just yet—but there is plenty happening behind the scenes, and we’re excited about the direction Wagon West is headed.

🎉 Please join us in welcoming Dylan and Karley McBryde as the new Leads at Wagon West!

Karley brings valuable office and marketing experience to her role as Office Lead, while Dylan brings maintenance supervisor experience to his role as Maintenance Lead. Together, they’re ready to help keep Wagon West running smoothly and moving forward.

We’re also excited to welcome their two sons, Ethan and Pearson, pictured here with them. We’re happy to have the entire McBryde family joining the Wagon West community!

🌳 Progress Update at Wagon West 🌳

With the initial park cleanup complete, our team is now turning its attention to improving the irrigation system throughout the property.

We’re changing how our trees are watered—moving away from frequent, shallow watering and transitioning to deep overnight watering. This allows the water to soak farther into the soil, encouraging stronger, deeper root systems and healthier trees for years to come.

The team is working hard, one section at a time, to repair and upgrade the system. It’s another important step toward making Wagon West a cleaner, greener, and better-maintained place for everyone.

🌵 Big Improvements Are Underway at Wagon West! 🌵

Our crew has been hard at work giving the park some much-needed attention and cleanup!

Over the past several days, we’ve trimmed palms, eucalyptus, palo verde, and other trees throughout the property. Dead limbs have been removed, overgrowth has been cut back, and branches that could scratch or damage RVs have been cleared from roadways and sites. Healthy crowns and growth have been preserved while helping our trees look cleaner, safer, and better shaped.

We’re also tackling weeds, raking sites, clearing debris, and improving the overall appearance of the park one area at a time.

These projects are part of our larger effort to refresh Wagon West and prepare it for an exciting new season. There is still plenty of work ahead, but the progress is already showing, and we’re proud of what our team is accomplishing!

A big thank-you to our hardworking crew for taking pride in the park and helping bring Wagon West back to life. More improvements are on the way! 🤠
