Employee Spotlight: Troy Agner
We’re excited to kick off our Employee Spotlight series with the man who started it all, Troy Agner.
Ten years ago, Troy started this business with a vision, a strong work ethic, and a passion for serving customers. What began as a small emergency vehicle upfitting operation has grown into the company we are today.
Over the years, Troy built the business while also serving our community as a firefighter with the Salisbury Fire Department. Balancing both careers meant long days, late nights, and countless sacrifices, but his dedication never wavered.
As the business continued to grow, so did the opportunities. What started primarily as an emergency vehicle upfitting company has expanded into the marine industry, where we now offer marine electronics, custom rigging, and outboard repowers as an authorized Suzuki Marine dealer.
This year marked another major milestone as we celebrated one full year in our new 9,000-square-foot facility. Looking around the shop today, it’s hard to believe how far we’ve come from those early days. The growth we’ve experienced, especially over the last year, has been incredible and is a direct reflection of Troy’s commitment to the business and the customers who have supported us along the way.
Recently, after 10 years of service with the Salisbury Fire Department, Troy made the difficult decision to step away from firefighting and dedicate himself full-time to the business he has spent the last decade building. While leaving the fire service wasn’t easy, it was the right step to continue supporting the growth of the company and the exciting opportunities ahead.
We’re incredibly grateful for Troy’s service to our community and proud of everything he has accomplished. Most importantly, we’re thankful for the customers, friends, and family who have supported this journey from the very beginning.
This is only the beginning, and we’re excited to see what the next chapter holds.
