1. Test Your Battery Summer heat bakes the internal plates of your battery, breaking down its capacity. It might turn the engine over fine when it's warm, but as September nights cool down, a weakened battery will fail without warning.

2. Replace Your Wiper Blades Months of UV exposure dry out wiper rubber, causing tearing and severe streaking during heavy autumn rains.
