2016 ford Powerstroke with Camshaft, crankshaft correlation code. We dug in and diagnosed the engine slipping time on the crankshaft gear a half of a tooth!

Tore down, machined a crankshaft and welded the crank gear to prevent this happening again, installed with all new bearings, and bottom end. Finishing this project off with a DCR pump conversion from S&S Diesel, a new ford crankcase filter, and few other flaws finished
up!

Making 450’s great again! Zach reached out to us having rear differential problems, the local ford dealer wouldn’t warranty. So he reached out to Joe, and what we found was disappointing. He was paying other shops to service his truck, and they wasn’t checking the rear differential, and it was ran low, and it failed catastrophically! No big deal, we got him an estimate, and 3 days later had him ready to go! Complete new M300 Dana, hub to hub gone through, set up, and new with all OEM parts, and filled with Amsoil severe gear!! I almost bet we have another new customer for all his diesel truck needs! Thanks again Zach!
