August 1st is the annual Kids Trout Tournament. This Tournament is sponsored by the Dorman L. Steelers Lodge at Montauk State Park. Youth must be between 15 years or younger. There will be 2 age categories: 11 years old or younger, and 12 to 15 years of age.

Youth will need to register at the Dorman L. Steelman Lodge. Two prizes will be awarded in each age groups, one for Trout, and one for stringer of Trout, by random drawing of all entries at 2 pm.

Tournament hours are from 7 AM to 2 PM.
Other prizes will be awarded courtesy of the Ray Parker Memorial.

The flags are up this morning to celebrate Independence Day! Join us this weekend for several holiday programs and mill tours today and tomorrow, and make some with us!

We're officially one week out from our Centennial Celebration and Old Mill Days! Join us next Friday & Saturday, May 8-9, and see what life was like in the Ozarks during the milling era. Activities include historical skill demonstrations, an arts and crafts fair, self-guided walking and mill tours, "then/now" pictures, hands-on crafts & games, and more! We're celebrating 100 years of during this ! You won't want to miss it!
