This setup is about putting the bike underneath the rider, not forcing the rider to adapt to the bike. Proper spring rates and valving front and rear give this CRF the support, control, and consistency needed when the terrain gets rough and the race gets long.

No stickers per customer request.

Necessity Is the Mother of Invention

24 YZ85 LW, front and rear setup.

After seeing bikes picked up and loaded in just about every possible way over the years, and into just about every type of vehicle, this one might be my new favorite.

One ratchet strap from the right side of the bars down to the right front wheel/axle spacer. A half-dozen clicks to compress the front end just a little, drop the front wheel down onto the floorboard, and into the minivan it went.

Zero tie-downs holding the bike upright.

Sometimes you don't need a trailer, truck, or fancy setup. You just need to think outside the box and work with what you've got.

From a pile of parts to back on the trail

Here's the '96 Suzuki DR350 after getting put back together with components from us. We asked the customer to send a photo once the build was finished, and they came through with this great shot.

Nothing beats seeing these old machines back where they belong—running and riding.

This 2026 KTM SX-E 5 received a complete MX Only suspension setup for a 48 lb rider. The customer requested we leave the decals off, proving one thing—performance doesn't need to advertise itself.

Back to Washington

These forks are headed home for a 2009 Honda Gold Wing GL1800—a bike we've already set up front and rear before relocating from Washington to Alabama.

Rider Profile:
- 185 lbs

This isn't our first build for this customer. In fact, this is the third Gold Wing we've dialed in for them.

That kind of loyalty isn't something we take lightly. When someone who has spent decades selling motorcycles across multiple brands and continues to trust us with every Gold Wing they own, it drives the point home.

Even after our move across the country, they continue shipping their suspension to us because they know the difference a properly engineered setup makes.

This 2020 Yamaha Raptor 700 rear shock is headed home after a complete rework.

Build Specs:
-Set up for 245lbs
-Aggressive Dunes
+4 Lonestar Swingarm

We originally built this set up front and rear before relocating to Alabama however the original set up was for Stock A- Arms and Stock Swing arm.

Customer knew that going up in swing arm length, especially an additional 4 inches would require a spring change going up in rate and an adjustment in the valving to accompany the additional spring rate and substantial increase in Leverage.

Suspension isn't about bolting on parts—it's about engineering the entire package to work together.
