Less than 3 months ago we hosted the SJ Farmers Summit and walked away with feedback from the farmers - to thrive, they needed more opportunities to increase sales.

This request paired with our goal of strengthening the agricultural-culture in South Jersey lead us to the idea of a Farmers Market.

In roughly 60 days a team of really incredible community members formed alongside our generous neighborhood sponsors and made this idea a reality - and here we are. 🥹

South Jersey Preservation is more than an organization… is an answer to a larger movement that we’ve all been waiting for. And it’s driven by YOUR passion and generosity toward a common goal of agricultural values, supporting family farmers, preserving South Jersey culture, and seeking the truth.

This Market is exciting because fresh meat and veggies are great and important, yes - but in my heart this is sooooo much more. It’s the community throwing their entire weight behind a mission and moving the culture in a positive direction.

Saturday, December 6th • Parade begins at 11:00 AM

Salem City, get ready — the most festive day of the year is here! Our beloved Magic of Christmas Parade marches down Broadway THIS Saturday, and we cannot wait to celebrate with you!

🚧 IMPORTANT ROAD CLOSURE & PARKING INFO

Broadway will be completely shut down at 9:00 AM for everyone’s safety — huge thanks to the Salem City Police Department and our incredible crossing guards for making this possible.

🚫 Please obey all NO PARKING signs along Broadway. Vehicles will be towed at the owner’s expense. The city has posted clearly where enforcement will occur.

For your convenience, the map shows exactly where the two public parking areas are located.
➡️ Residents, parade participants with extra vehicles, and all spectators are strongly encouraged to park in these areas for the easiest walking access to the parade.

The map also highlights all major points of interest and event locations throughout the day!
